Returns & Exchange

In case of manufacturing defect or damages occurring from our side, Product(s) can be exchanged which are bought online at www.pigeon.com.pk within 7 working days after delivery. Kindly note that the product must be unused with the packaging intact along with the purchase invoice and courier/shipment receipt attached to the parcel envelope.

Additionally, if any product needs repairing, it’s necessary to file a claim with the warranty card, which will then be reviewed by our team to determine whether it needs to be repaired. Moreover, the product cannot be claimed if it has electric issues, such as a burned motor.

Returning Goods

Contact our customer service by emailing us the defective product(s) images at cs@pigeon.com.pk, or inbox us at our official Facebook/Instagram page within 7 working days of purchase. You would have to send us back the defective product(s) and our team will review the product to offer the exchange.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel via traceable delivery i.e. courier/shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once the parcel is dispatched, the Returns & Exchange Policy will be applied.

Conditions during Sale Promotions

  • Product(s) bought on sale cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Sale products cannot be exchanged unless defective or received incorrectly.
  • Upon receipt of the defective product(s), any complaint must be made within 48 hours.

Your complaint must be lodged online with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the defective product(s) received

Out Of Stock

Pigeon holds the right to cancel orders if the requested product is out of stock.
