In case of a manufacturing defect or damage from our side, products purchased online at www.pigeon.com.pk can be exchanged within 7 working days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused, with intact packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice, and the courier/shipment receipt is attached to the parcel envelope.

For repair requests, a claim must be filed with the warranty card. Our team will review the product to determine if it qualifies for repair. Please note that products with electrical issues, such as a burned motor, cannot be claimed.

Returning Goods

Contact our customer service by emailing images of the defective product(s) to cs@pigeon.com.pk, or message us on our official Facebook/Instagram page within 7 working days of purchase. You will need to return the defective product(s) to us, after which our team will review the item for exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning parcels via traceable delivery (i.e., courier/shipment).

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once the parcel is dispatched, the Returns & Exchange Policy will be applied.

Conditions during Sale Promotions

  • Product(s) bought on sale cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Sale products cannot be exchanged unless defective or received incorrectly.
  • Upon receipt of the defective product(s), any complaint must be made within 48 hours.

Your complaint must be lodged online with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the defective product(s) received

Out Of Stock

Pigeon holds the right to cancel orders if the requested product is out of stock.
